1. Coolight owns a good R&D team including electronic engineers, structure engineers and experienced LED driver engineers, we can provide you customized product OEM and ODM services.

2. Experienced Coolight engineers and our well-trained sales will suggest you the most suitable products according to your project requirement.

3. Coolight has a diameter 2m intergrating sphere, professional dark room with light-distribution photometer, the product technical report and IES light data files are available.

4. Coolight engineers are familiar with DIALux, the famous lighting design software. If you send us your project details and your requirement, we could analyse by DIALux then provide the preliminary scheme for your reference.

5. Coolight engineers are able to design the customized packaging for our customers.

6.Coolight could offer the high resolution product photos and original PhotoShop files and original CoralDraw files according to our customers and distributors needs.

In-sale Service
1. Coolight sales would keep you updated of order processing.

2. Coolight could accept and try best to assist QC of customer or a third party quality inspection organization.

3. Coolight sales would confirm the delivery date to customers and inform tracking number after shipping.

After-sale Service
Coolight would give response within 48 hours and work with customers to solve problem in case of any after-sale problems occur.

Warranty Policy
The “Warranty Period” will begin at the date of original product purchasing form Coolight. Coolight will repair or replace product covered under this warranty with components at Coolight’s election or discretion. Advances in technology may lead to “better or advanced” products being selected for replacement.

This Warranty is further conditioned and will only apply to Coolight products that are properly installed. This inchludes wiring and connection to proper approved components and product working environments. This Warranty is void and does not apply to products that fail as a result of neglect, mistake, misuse, alteration, improper installation or imple-mentation. This includes but is not limited to: improper wiring, installation under improper and nonapproved operating environments such as temperature, humidity or voltage conditions.

What is not covered under this limited warranty is defects of any kind caused or created by improper installation, damage caused during shipping to purchaser or beyond force majeure. Coolight will not cover additional labor costs or warranty such labor associated with replacement products. This Warranty document represents the only express or implied Warranty-no other Warranties exist.
